Here are 3 ways to reflect before you react:

Ask: “What future am I preparing for, and who am I becoming in the process?”

2️⃣ Stay human in the noise.

In an AI-powered world, your ability to build trust, create meaning, and model resilience becomes even more valuable.

3️⃣ Get curious before getting competent.

 You don’t need all the answers. But you do need a willingness to question what you’ve always done.
